Broker-Associate – RE/MAX Advance Realty • CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) – just 4% of all Realtors in the U.S are bestowed this designation requiring intense training and experience. • SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) – this designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meets specific educational and practical experience criteria. • SRES® designees have unparalleled training and experience in seniors real estate. • CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) – Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market. In 1982, during my second year in college, my parents who were both in Real Estate needed my help so I decided to obtain my Real Estate License. Little did I know that it would become my life long career! I quickly became successful and by the time I was 20 years old, I purchased my first home. In 1998, I took a five year hiatus to become a Financial Investment Banker for Citibank, N.A., managing vast portfolios for affluent clients in South and Central America. In 2002, I opened my own Real Estate company and merged with RE/MAX Advance Realty in 2007. I have never looked back! It was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Every year since joining RE/MAX, I have achieved their prestigious “100% Club” and “Platinum” award. Adding to my successful and extensive experience as a Broker-Associate, I also have achieved designations and memberships related to real estate.
